In Loving Memory
Margaret Ann Burke
December 8, 1963 — October 22, 2016
Margy was born in Denver, Colorado. She was a proud Colorado native, and lived most of her life in Littleton. She graduated from Heritage High School in 1982, and attended Front Range Community College.
Margy worked for DaVita Dialysis for over 30 years. She was passionate about her patients and thought of her teammates as family. She truly loved caring for people, and took pride in her role as a dialysis technician.
Margy's parents, Fred and Cherie Burke, passed away 29 years ago, but Margy never lost sight of the love they had for her, and the love she felt for them. Her best friend in the whole world was her Grady Dog. She lost Grady a few years ago, but she took comfort in the belief that they would be together again, and now they are.
Margy is survived by:
Her brother, Bred Burke and his wife, Karen
Her sister, Mary Burke Shaffer and her husband, Dave
Her niece, Maeghan and nephews, Michael and Danny
Her great-nephew, Braeden, her great-niece Taylor and Baby? Who is due any day now
Margy had a fun sense of humor and loved telling jokes. Nobody could tell a better dirty joke than Margy. She was an amazing cook, a creative thinker, passionate about animals, and a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
Margy was Loved and cherished by her family and friends. We miss. her.
