On July 24, 2026, Marcia Ann Ball (Bailey) of Fort Collins, Colorado, passed away at the age of 79 years.
Marcia was born in Omaha, Nebraska, on March 21, 1947, to Robert and Darlene Bailey.
Over the years she built a life centered on family, faith, work, and community. Marcia found joy in reading, puzzles, tending to her plants, visiting with friends, and traveling when time allowed. She will forever be remembered for her soft heart, kind smile and most of all, a laugh that was unique and unforgettable.
Marcia is survived by her sister, Marlene McPherson of Omaha, Nebraska; her son, Byrle Ball of Lochbuie, Colorado; her daughter, Stacey Giffin of Fort Collins, Colorado; and her beloved grandchildren, Jeff, Jessica, Brendan, Jazmin, Adam, and Megan. She was preceded in death by her brother, Byrle Bailey, and her son, Jamie Ball.
A celebration of life will be held at Bohlender Funeral Chapel at 121 W. Olive St. Fort Collins, Colorado August 18, 2026, at 10:00.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to UCHealth Cancer Center.
