Manuel L. Rodriguez, Sr., 82, of Ft. Collins died June 25, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Rodriguez was born January 1, 1934 in Capulin, Colorado to Ceasar and Margarita Rodriguez.
Manuel married Maria E. Gallegos on May 29, 1953 in Capulin.
Mr. Rodriguez was a member of Annunciation Chapel.
Survivors include his sons, Leon Rodriguez of Fort Collins, Manuel J. Rodriguez, Jr. of Pueblo West, Colorado, Julian Rodriguez of Commerce City, Colorado, and Delfino Rodriguez of Fort Collins; daughter, Sue Mallett of Fort Collins; brother, Tony Rodriguez of La Jara, Colorado, eighteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Preceding Manuel in death are his parents, his wife, Maria; children, Bernie and Jenny Rodriguez, and numerous brothers and sisters.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. The Rosary will be held 9:30 a.m., Thursday with a Requiem Mass to follow at 10 a.m. Both services will be held at Annunciation Chapel, 290 E. County Rd. 56. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery.
