Lyle J. Loveland, 84 year old, left this earth April 11, 2023.
Lyle was born February 15, 1939 to Lyle B. Loveland and Eileen E. Loveland, in Fort Collins, CO.
He married Doris Loveland on December 1, 1961, in Fort Collins, CO. Lyle was in the U.S. Navy from 1956-1960 on the U.S.S Pine Island. Lyle worked as a mechanic at Lafarge for many years until he retired.
Lyle is survived by his daughter Sheila Loveland, one brother Danny Loveland, one sister Mary Johnson, three grand kids; Zachary Loveland, Brittany O, and Taylor Orton, two great grandkids; Ava Loveland, and Evan Pena, many nieces and nephews, and special friends Jerry and Susan Duran.
He is preceded in death by his wife Doris Loveland, his son Lyle Scott Loveland, his parents, and his sister Leona Jones.
There will be a viewing at Bohlender Funeral Chapel on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 4-6pm.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 at the American Legion from 1-5pm. Everyone is invited to bring a dish to the potluck.
