Jesucita "Louise" Trujillo Moreno, 60, of Fort Collins, lost her courageous fight against cancer on Oct. 25, 2007. Mrs. Moreno was born Nov. 14, 1946, in Milliken to Louis Trujillo and Dora Duran Trujillo. Jesucita graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1964. She was awarded a scholarship to Hollywood Beauty School. Louise met her husband, Edward, when she was 18 years old. Shorty after beauty school, they were married on April 16, 1966. Mrs. Moreno first started working at Colorado State University in continuing education in 1988. After 22 years, she retired in 2007 as a General Professional Grade 4 at CSU. Survivors include her husband, Edward M. Moreno of Fort Collins; two sons, Vincent Vicki Moreno of Loveland and Dale Moreno of Las Vegas; one daughter, Kim Roger Aguilar-Pauli of Loveland; six grandchildren, Austin, Cody and Dylon Moreno, Javier, Marcus and Isabella Aguilar-Pauli; her parents, Louis and Dora Trujillo of Evans; nine siblings, Leory Mattie Trujillo of Littleton, Danny Janie Trujillo of Greeley, Priscilla Fred Guintana of Greeley, Bill Margie Trujillo of Greeley, Therese Arreguin of Greeley, Darlene Trujillo of Jonstown, Andrew Michelle Trujillo of Evans, Gerri Tim Stitt of Greeley, Mark Thea Trujillo of Evans; Edwards family, Rita Andy Garcia of Fort Collins and Vera Moreno, her mother-in-law. Preceding Louise in death are her sister, Patrica Trujillo; and father-in-law, Manuel Moreno. Louise will be greatly missed by her friends and family. She will be remembered for her deep faith in the Lord and her love of sports. She was an avid fan of her children and grandchildren's sports, and CSU women's volleyball and basketball. A Rosary will begin at 9:15 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Father Roger Lascelle will officiate at the services. Those who desire may view Mrs. Moreno from noon to 5 p.m. today at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Louise will be cremated and her ashes will be taken to the family mountain property at Red Feather Lakes. Memorial contributions may be made to Louise Moreno Memorial Fund in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Fort Collins, CO 80524.
