Lois Jean Liedtke went to be with her Savior on the evening of Tuesday, November 29, 2022 after battling Metastatic Melanoma for five and a half years. Her devoted husband Wayne of 51 years was by her side along with their very special "inherited" granddaughter, her husband and son, Kimberly, Kody and Kyler Barns.

Lois's greatest joys were babies and cooking, for which she was greatly appreciated by family and friends. She was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling to new places in the their motorhome, and many other hobbies. She was an exceptionally wonderful homemaker, devoted wife and loving mother. She was an extremely compassionate, caring and sensitive person who always looked out for the needs and wants of others.

Lois was born on September 9, 1948 in Mitchell, SD to Charles and Dorothy Weinberger. Lois is survived by her husband Wayne of Johnstown, CO, her 2 beloved dogs Gracie and Chloe, her brother Don Weinberger and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sons Brodie and Joshua, her parents and her sisters Delores and Janet.

A reception will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, December 5, 2022 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel at 121 W Olive Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Grandview Cemetery, 1900 W Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80521.
