Lillian Rupp Welch Foster April 3, 1925 - Aug 1, 2007 Lillian Rupp Welch Foster. Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully Aug. 1, 2007, after a brief illness. She is survived by one son, Jim Welch of Superior, Mont.; two daughters, Lois Arnolfo of Fort Collins and Kathy Polly Jim of Phoenix, Ariz; three grandsons, Zach and Sam Arnolfo of Fort Collins, Jim Crockett Tracy of Fayetteville, N.C.; two great-grandchildren, Leslie and Sinjin Crockett. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, sister and a niece. Private memorial services will be take place. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Larimer County, c/o Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
