Leila Ann Morgan, 78, of Timnath, died February 27, 2011. Mrs. Morgan was born April 15, 1932 in Curtis, Nebraska to Ernest U. and Bertha J. Conklin. Leila married Robert "Bob" L. Morgan on April 7, 1950 in Fort Collins. Mrs. Morgan moved to Timnath when she was a child. She worked as a beautician at various beauty salons in Fort Collins over the years. She loved horses when she was young; enjoyed crocheting, gardening and loved taking care of babies and small children. Survivors include her son; Robert Morgan of Loveland; daughters, Peggy Morgan of Fort Collins, Connie Blakeley of San Marcos, Texas, and Nancy Krueger of Johnstown, Colorado; brothers, Lewis L. Conklin of Ronan, Montana, Leo J. Conklin of Wellington, Colorado, Robert E. Conklin of Thompson Falls, Montana; sisters, Arlene Breckenridge of Lake Stephens, Washington, Myrna Reynolds of Ronan, Montana, Elaine Knox of Wellington, Sharon Burruss of Mott, North Dakota, seven grandchildren, Tonya Mease, Shawn Blakeley, Shanda Minton, Christoffer Morgan, Michael Morgan, Heather Deering, Charles Krueger and nine great-grandchildren. Preceding Leila in death are her parents, husband, Bob and son, Ronald. A Memorial Service will be held at on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 3999 W. South St., Johnstown, Colorado. Graveside Service will be at 9:30 a.m., Grandview Cemetery, Fort Collins. Pastor Eric Andersen will officiate the service. Those who wish may view Leila, on Tuesday from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions can be made to Halcyon Hospice in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Fort Collins, CO 80524.
