Kinney Len Neel

Kinney Len Neel passed away of a heart attack on June 26, 2012 at the Medical Center of the Rockies. He was born January 30, 1948 in Fort Collins. He attended Wellington schools and graduated from Poudre High School. He attended Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, York College in Nebraska and Colorado State University in Fort Collins. In March 1968 he married Teresa Thomas in Clay Center, Nebraska. He worked for Larimer County as an appraiser, then as an appraiser with Wells Fargo for the past 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Teri; his children, Philip, Matthew, and Stephanie Neel; his grandson, Philip James Neel, all from Fort Collins; his brother, Steven Neel of Fort Morgan; his niece, Carrie West of Texas; and nephew, Jeff Neel of Greeley. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Violet Nikki and Waymon Neel and his brother, Monie Neel.
