Kenneth Eugene Shaffer, 72, of Fort Collins, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 8, 2014 at his home.
Mr. Shaffer was born November 29, 1942 in Greeley, Colorado to Charles Henry and Elsie Ann (Holm) Shaffer. Ken grew up in Greeley before moving to the Fort Collins area and living there for 48 years. He was a custom cabinet maker, owning his own business, Poudre Craft.
Ken married Linda Dora Kuppinger on June 7, 1963 in Greeley, Colorado.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; son, James (Christy) Shaffer of Parker; daughter, Linda Sue (Randy) Greenfield of Fort Collins; two grandchildren, Brittany and Samuel.
A Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday at Faith Evangelical Free Church, 3920 S Shields St. Interment will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday at Grandview Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Faith Evangelical Free Church, the Haiti Orphanage in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
