Kathy Ann Helzer

Kathy Ann Helzer 57 passed away at home on November 2, 2012. She was born in Greeley, Colorado, to Ben and Aubrey Helzer. Kathy loved her cats; they were her pride and joy. She also, had a pet rabbit and frog that she had names for both of them. Kathy and Randy fed the squirrels and birds every day. She would sit in the house and watch the birds and squirrels eat. Kathy is survived by Randy Shockley. They had been together 24 years. Also, her dad, Ben; sister, Lynette Floyd; and brothers, Doug of Fort Collins, Colorado, Lenny Mary of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Randy's sister, Cheryl Alps Gary and son, Cody of Yoder, Wyoming; Jody Severs niece of Loveland, Colorado; 2 nieces, Cristie and Aubrey; 2 nephews, Arron and Adam; and numerous aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her mother, Aubrey and one son, Sonny. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Grandview Cemetery, Fort Collins, Colorado.
