Joshua Aaron Cortez

Joshua Aaron Cortez, 17, of Ft. Collins passed away on November 9, 2017. Joshua was born on October 17, 2000 in Ft. Collins. Joshua was a Junior at Poudre High School where he was a varsity football player and varsity wrestler. He enjoyed hunting, fishing working on cars and trucks, and welding.

His family includes his father Joseph Cortez; his mother, Kelly Cortez, who passed away with him on November 9; a sister, Amanda; a brother, Matthew, and twin brother, Timothy.

Viewing will be held 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday, November 20 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. The Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 21 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Wellington, Colorado.
