Jonathan W. Heston, 22 of Ft. Collins died in a tragic car accident in Faison, North Carolina. A service celebrating his life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Timberline Church, South Auditorium, 2908 S. Timberline Rd.
Jonathan was born on March 18, 1993 in Loveland, Colorado. Jonathan was an Eagle Scout who loved the outdoors. He attended Liberty Common School and later graduated from Ft. Collins High School in 2011. Jonathan then joined the United States Marine Corps, serving four years in the infantry. He was deployed to Afghanistan and Okinawa.
Survivors include his mother, Kristin Whitchurch; father, Bill Heston; brother, David Heston, grandparents, Hank and Lucein Dieters all of Ft. Collins; grandmother, Jerry Heston of Tennessee Ridge, Tennessee, and his fiancé, Molly Anderson of Parker, Colorado.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Semper Fi Fund, in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive, Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
