John Owen Graham of Fort Collins was 80 years old. He was born on Jan 17, 1934 in Welch, OK. John's family moved to Colorado while he was still a child, he was one of 14 children. John married the love of his life Elizabeth Ann Sullivan December 13, 1952. They had three daughters, Roberta Bobbie, Racheal and Charleen. John's profession was in construction as a labor foreman and a ranch foreman. John was a strong man who fought for his family and loved, as he would say "The Good man above". While he fought hard for his life, he didn't lose his battle, he won his battle. He left a legacy that will be cherished by all. He was proud of his Cherokee heritage, loved his family and God! John passed on the love he had for animals, especially horses, and the great outdoors to his children and grandchildren. John is survived by his soul mate/wife, Elizabeth and his children, Bobbie and Rod Wilhite of Eaton, Co., Racheal and John Beckett of Livermore, CO., Charleen Mellott of Chamberlain, SD., and Rick Mellott of Carr, CO. Two grandchildren, Charity and Stuart Hoar of Pine Bluffs, WY and Austin Beckett of Fort Collins, CO. Two brothers, Lonnie Graham of Laporte, CO and William Graham of Fort Collins., Two sisters Bonnie Casey of Wellington, CO. and Hellen Smithers of Fort Collins, CO. and several nieces and nephews. He has many family members and friends waiting for him in Paradise. Services will be held at the River of Life Church in Wellington Co, on Tuesday June 17th at 11:00. Burial to follow at Highland Cemetery in Wellington, CO. Please send flowers to Warren Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Cards may be sent to the home of John and Elizabeth Graham at 2301 W. County Rd. 60, Fort Collins Co 80524.
