John Charles Davis

John was born in Oakland, CA on April 5, 1946 and died in Fort Collins, CO on January 14, 2023.
After graduating from Arroyo High School in San Lorenzo, CA in 1964, John enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he served a tour in Vietnam. John started working for Western Airlines in 1969 and continued with Delta Air Lines until 2002. John and Julianna Hueter were married on November 13, 1993. After living in San Leandro, CA for a number of years, we moved to Fort Collins, CO in 2006 and put down roots in a community we love.
John leaves behind friends who are really family here in Colorado; a lifelong band of loyal and loving "brothers" who meant the world to him: Bill, Doug, Jack, Jerry, Joe, John, Mike, Paul, Ray, Rich, and Russ; an amazing family of nieces Teresa, Tina, and Tiffany and a nephew Tim; a large Hueter-Willoughby-Burnett-Abrahamsen-Dunning-Tennant-Gilworth clan who will miss him dearly; and wife Julianna who loved him more than the moon and stars above, and who would have made him marry her all over again.
