Joe Angel Coria, 81, of Wellington, died March 31, 2012 at his home. Mr. Coria was born March 19, 1931 in Fort Collins, Colorado to Joe and Refuigo Mary "Sanchez" Coria. Joe married Nelda R. Swift on August 23, 1987 in Fort Collins. Mr. Coria attended Fort Collins High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1955 – 1960. He was the Department Head of Buildings and Grounds for Larimer County; Buildings, Grounds and Maintenance at St. Joseph Catholic Church and owned and operated "The Crossing Saloon" in Wellington. He was a member of AARP, Poudre School Board and two terms on the Wellington Town Board. Survivors include his wife Nelda; son, Mike Renee Coria; daughters, Cynthia Richard Costello; Rebecca Coria; Gail Dennis Buerger, Kathy Coria; step sons, James Cheryl Rauber, Steven Valerie Rauber; Step-daughter, Teri Lynn Adam Heller; brother, David Coria; and 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service with Military Honors by the Fort Collins All Veterans Honor Guard will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W.
