Joann L. Heaberlin

JoAnn L. Heaberlin, 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 27, 2013 at Spring Creek Nursing Home in Fort Collins. She was born on July 30, 1942 in Clarksburg, West Virginia, to Joseph and Anna Libicer. JoAnn was raised in Clarksburg, West Virginia and graduated from Roosevelt-Wilson High School in 1960. JoAnn had been a resident of Fort Collins, CO since 1980. She enjoyed the Colorado outdoors and loved going on walks with her husband, Jim, and their dogs. She modeled for Lydia's Style Magazine and had worked at Scot's West Clothing Store in the early/mid 1980's. JoAnn was a beloved wife of 47 years to her husband Jim, and a very proud, devoted Mother to Jennifer and Jessica. She was a beautiful, loving soul who will be greatly missed, always loved, and never forgotten. She is survived by her husband, James Heaberlin of Fort Collins, CO; daughter Jennifer of Fort Collins, CO; grandson Brandon Connolly of Fort Collins, CO; grandson Brinson Faglier of Fort Collins, CO; and sister, Sharon Wolfe of Evans, GA. Preceding her in death include her parents, Joseph and Anna Libicer; her daughter, Jessica Ann Heaberlin; a brother, Randy Libicer; and a sister, Barbara Oliverio. A private family service will be held at a later date.
