Jo Sharon Payton, 86, of Fort Collins, Colorado, passed away on May 8, 2025. Sharon was born in Fort Collins on April 22, 1939, to Arthur and Veronica Wright.
She married Jim Payton in 1955 in Greeley, Colorado. They had two sons, Arthur and Monty.
Sharon was a licensed day care provider and loved camping, fishing, and reading.
Preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Veronica Wright, her husband Jim Payton, sister Jean Stovall, and brother Arthur Wright. Survived by her sons Arthur (Tonya) Payton and Monty Payton, good friends Karole Maestas, and Karin Tucker. 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
