Jesse E. Alumbaugh

Jesse E. Alumbaugh of Casper, Wyoming died June 16, 2011. Mr.Alumbaugh was born January 2, 1919 in Grover, Colorado to Jesse and Mary Alumbaugh. Jesse married Viola M. Holloway on January 20, 1946 in Grand Junction, Colorado. They were married for 63 years prior to her passing. Mr. Alumbaugh served in the Army Air Corps as a pilot in WWII. Jesse retired from Woodward Governor after more than twenty five years. Survivors include his sons, Marvin and his wife Carol, Richard and his wife Dawn; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Jesse is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Viola, and his siblings. A Memorial Service will be held at the American Baptist Church, 600 S. Shields on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Bill Prather officiating. Those who desire may view Mr. Alumbaugh Tuesday, July 5, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
