Heaven just received one of the last true cowboys. Jerry Dean Rogers passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 due to a tragic accident at home.
Jerry was born September 29, 1936 to Ira and Violet Rogers in Rexford, Kansas. They moved to Hygiene, Colorado around 1945. Jerry spent most of his life working for the Ben Delatour Scout Ranch for 39 years. Then he moved to Glacier View Meadow's to retire but instead continued working for Glacier View.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, David.
Jerry is survived by his son, Justin (Jennifer); daughter Tamra McHenry; significant other, Paulette Pardun; and four grandchildren, Ryan and Jadi Rogers, Bailey and Cassidy McHenry.

A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Ben Delatour Scout Ranch, 2331 County Rd 68C, Red Feather Lakes, CO 80545.
