Jerry Wayne Moore

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry W. Moore. Jerry was born on December 16, 1939 in Paris, Texas and passed away on April 28, 2016 in Loveland, Colorado. Jerry was a great husband, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He will be missed by all.

Jerry, along with his father-in-law, owned Pope Concrete and Pope Waterproofing Enterprises from 1962 until 2002 when he retired and sold the business. He was always proud of the contribution the business made in the growth of Fort Collins residential housing. After his retirement he worked for several years as a door greeter at Wal-Mart where he made many friends.

Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Anita, whom he has missed every day since her passing; his mother Audrey and stepfather Clifford, his sisters Letha Jean and Linda.

He is survived by two daughters, Deborah and Annette; his grandson, Robert and wife Jennifer; his grandson, Stephen; great granddaughter, Katelina; and his half-brother, Oscar Robert.

Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at Roselawn Cemetery.
