Jennie A. Ridnour, 88, of Wellington, died Dec. 14, 2007, at her residence. Mrs. Ridnour was born March 6, 1919, in Buckeye to Mike LeRoy and Amie Langham LeRoy. Jennie married Paul Ridnour on June 20, 1935, in Fort Collins. Mrs. Ridnour lived all her life in the Wellington and Fort Collins area. She was a homemaker who enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, running 13 children all over, garage sales, and spending time with her best friend, Goldie Burke. Survivors include her husband, Paul Ridnour of Wellington; sons, Wesley Gerri Ridnour of Fort Collins, Wayne Ridnour Donna of Yuma, Ariz., Bob Ridnour Barb of Longmont, Mike Ridnour Judy of Burlington, Richard Ridnour Maureen of Craig, Tim Ridnour Sheila of Briggsdale, and John Ridnour of Cheyenne; daughters, Jennie Cross of Wellington, Mary Jo Watson Don of Wellington, Rosie Johnson Duane of Red Feather, Mickie Blehm Charles of Wellington, Juanita Mahoney of Nobel, Okla., 66-plus grandchildren, 150-plus great-grandchildren, and 40-plus great-great grandchildren. Preceding Jennie in death are her parents; a sister, Josephine Vinson; and a son, Eugene Ridnour. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Wellington Community Church. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Wellington. Pastor Dan Gardinier will officiate at the services.
