Jeff (42) was born May 20, 1981 to Jerry and Natalie Hagan in Greeley, CO. Jeff passed away September 7, 2023 in Wellington, CO.
Jeff was an avid sports fan, from his beloved Broncos to the New York Yankees. He loved to talk sports. He often talked about his little league days and pitching a perfect game. He and his son, Jayden would play Madden and talk fantasy football. One of his favorite pass times, was to go to his daughter, Karlee's softball games and tournaments, cheering loudly and making sure he was able to capture her future sports reel.
Jeff was also a nature lover and had a favorite camping spot up Laramie River Road. He and his wife, Katie and their 2 dogs would often take day trips to seek nature and take in the beauty. Every once in a while they would see a moose or two.
Jeff was proceeded in death by his sister Stephanie, mother Natalie, Aunt DeeAnn, his maternal grandparents and many great Aunts and Uncles.
Jeff is survived by his wife Katie of Cheyenne, WY, daughter Karlee of Greeley, CO, son Jayden of Aurora, CO, father Jerry of Greeley, CO, Grandmother Nancy of Greeley, CO. Many uncles, aunts, cousins, and family friends that shaped his life.
