Jed Alvin Johnson was born on August 28,1979 to Rob Johnson and Julee Jesser in Monticello, Utah. He passed away on April 11, 2021 in Denver, Colorado.
Jed grew up and attended elementary school in Fort Collins. He loved school and learning. He moved to Dove Creek, Colorado for high school and graduated from Dolores County High School in 1998. He then returned to Fort Collins and attended American Beauty Academy in Longmont, Colorado becoming a cosmetologist in 1999.
He loved cooking, holidays, and animals. He proudly called himself a colorist and loved making people feel beautiful. His clients testified that he made them feel like a queen. Family was most important to him.
Left to morn his loss are his mother Julee Jesser; father Rob Johnson; brother Chess, his wife Jennifer, and son Benito Sarge of LaSalle, Utah, and sister Jolene and children Kaylee, Mason, Landen, and Ava of Berthoud, Colorado.
He is preceded in death by his Jesser and Johnson Grandparents.
A service of remembrance is scheduled for April 24, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Timberline Church, 2908 S. Timberline, Ft. Collins, CO. 80525.
