Jeanne Lynn Micolichek

Jeanne Lynn Micolichek joined bands of angels in heaven on Thursday, May 27, 2010. Her short illness was faced with courage, strength, and a willingness to win. She was supported and surrounded by her entire family and friends. An avid Green Bay Packers fan, Jeanne cheered for her team through wins and losses and stayed true. She enjoyed quiet time at home with her beloved cats and cooking while spending time with family. She loved celebrating all special events and recognized goodness in all people. Her heart always gave and expected nothing in return. Her acts of kindness created a gentler world for us all. She is survived by her parents, Jerome and Katherine Micolichek of Green Bay, WI; brother, Patrick and Connie Micolichek of Fort Collins, CO; sisters, Margaret Micolichek of Belfast, MA, Cynthia Micolichek of Minneapolis, MN, Michelle McKenna, and Jared Gibson of Green Bay, WS, Jennifer Micolichek and Jeremy Johnson of Anchorage, Alaska. She was preceded in death by a loving brother, Michael Micolichek. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to be made to Fort Collins Cat Shelter in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive, Ft. Collins, CO 80524 Memorial Services will be held at Bohlender Funeral Chapel at 6 p.m., on Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Reception immediately following the service.
