Jean Price

Jean Price, 71, of Fort Collins, died Saturday, May 13, 2006, at the Hospice Care Center at McKee Medical Center in Loveland. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Harbor Fellowship, 608 E. Drake Road. Jean was born in Littleton to George and Marie Roninger. She had two older brothers, Bob and Louis, and two older sisters, Mary Allen and Dorothy Carpenter. Jean's first love was children - she was a nanny and a child- care provider. Her second love was animals. Jean was an avid reader. If there was a book to be read, she read it. She was a member of Harbor Fellowship Church, the women's fellowship and Bible study. Jean is survived by her son, Jeff Price, and wife, Sheryle, and their children, Jeffrey and Amethyst, of Fort Collins; her daughter, Jan Rucinski, and husband, Dean, currently in Kuwait on military duty, and their sons, Michael and Matthew, of Virginia Beach, Va.; her daughter, Kathi Artus, of Seattle, Wash., and her sons, David, Jimmy and Patrick; her daughter, Karen Seiler, and husband, Jim, of Fort Collins, and their children, Scott, Jimn, Alicia and Matt; her great-grandchildren, Logen, Kaitlyn, Hunter, Alex and Emily; and ex-husband and longtime friend, Jerry Price of Fort Collins.
