Jason Neil Keen was born July 23, 1980, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he attended Lopez Elementary, Weber JHS and Rocky Mountain HS where he was active in choir. He attended Front Range Community College and received a BA in Social Studies from Colorado State Univ. in 2004. He taught at Pioneer Expeditionary Charter School until 2007. He was currently owner/manager of Grand Slam Sports Cards & Comics in Loveland and Greeley. He loved making music, collecting, and sharing his knowledge with others. He was a singer/songwriter who performed often at open mics. He was preceded in death by his father, Carlos, two half-sisters, Laura and Diane. He is survived by his mother, Barbara (BJ) Keen, his brother, Kevin, and his fiancé, Marin Miller.
