Jared David Corona died suddenly at home in Fort Collins, Colorado on August 18th, 2022. He was born on October 16th, 1988 in Flagstaff, Arizona to David Corona, and Dianne Oakley. There he spent the first part of his boyhood in the woods playing with his dinosaurs alongside his first dog Zeke. His parents taught him the love of the outdoors which continued for the rest of his life. Jared and his mother moved to Fort Collins in 1997. Several years later his mother remarried where Jared gained two brothers David and Paul. Jared graduated from Centennial High School and attended Front Range Community College. He worked many different jobs from Bouncer and Cook to Nurseryman and eventually to building skyscrapers in the Denver Metro. Jared loved music, animals and the mountains. He climbed several 14ers, and camped and explored all over the mountain west. He was a world traveler visiting Mexico, Costa Rica, England, France, Belgium, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

He is survived by his father David Corona of Flagstaff, AZ; his mother and stepfather Dianne and Scott Skogerboe of Fort Collins, CO; his grandmother Doloris Oakley of Palo Alto, CA; his step-grandmothers Ann Ruddy and Ruth Skogerboe, both of Fort Collins; his aunts Leann Sehon of Fresno, CA; Peggy Wilson of Kingman, AZ; Kristy Skogerboe of Seattle, WA; Karin Skogerboe Bright of Fort Collins, CO and Lauren Lindsay of Daytona Beach, FL; his brother David Skogerboe, his wife Michele and his niece and nephew Amari and Obed of Utrecht, Netherlands; brother Paul Skogerboe and his wife Rachel of Aurora, CO; his cousins Kate and Kendra Wilson of Kingman, AZ, Justin and Matt Sehon of Fort Collins, CO and Ben and Ava Oakley of Fort Collins. He had numerous friends but several of his closest ones include his beloved dog Sadie; Jasper Piccarreto of Atlanta, GA; Tye Wawerski, of Atlanta, GA; Paige Lawless of Highlands Ranch, CO; and Lauren Bensaid of Denver, CO

He was preceded in death by his grandfather's Robert Oakley and Gilbert Corona; his step grandfather Rod Skogerboe; his grandmother Grace Corona; his aunt Sarah Oakley; and his uncles David Oakley, and Danny Sehon.
