Janet L. Harras

Janet Lorraine Greer Harras, 73, of Fort Collins, died at McKee Hospice. Mrs. Harras was born July 5, 1936 in Aledo, Illinois to Leonard and Fern Greer. Janet married her husband, Victor Harras on February 7, 1955 in Tucson, Arizona. Mrs. Harras was a nurse's assistant for three years in Tucson, Arizona as well as a homemaker. Janet enjoyed directing the church choir as well as a church soloist. She also enjoyed bowling. Survivors include her husband, Victor Harras; sons, Michael Victor Harras and Jeffrey Len Harras and wife Lori; Grandchildren, Zack, Ori and Austin; nephew, Paul Baker; nieces, Nancy and Delores. Preceding Janet in death are her parents, Leonard and Fern Greer; her borther, Leonard Ward Greer; and pets, Pepe and Misty. A Funeral Service will be held at Seventh-day Adventist Church, on Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. at 502 E Pitkin, Fort Collins. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery. Pastor Al Williams and Pastor Paul Eagan will officiate the service. In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions can be made to Pathways Hospice in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W.
