James Alan Steving Jr. 32, of Fort Collins sadly passed away unexpectedly Thursiday, February 12.
James was born May 15, 1982 in Fort Collins, CO to James Alan Steving, Sr. and Dianne Brown. James grew up in Fort Collins and attended Frontier High School. He worked at Medical Center of the Rockies. James will always be remembered for his contagious laugh, infectious smile, his quick wit and capability for making anyone smile. He will forever be remembered by his outgoing personality, amazing cooking skills and his caring heart.
He is survived by his fiancé, Amanda Cabrera; two loving dogs, Ace and Doug; father, James Alan Steving, Sr. (Kathy); mother, Dianne Brown; sister, Kari Banahan (Shane); his nieces and nephews, A.J. and Anthony Herrera, Nichole Simpson, and Jayden and Delilah Svoboda. He is also survived by his aunts and uncle, Kathy Lewman, Elaine Tool Jackson, Connie Steving, and Ron Johnson.
He is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Helen Johnson, Walter Steving; and aunt, Jane Daniels.
A service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Mountain View Community Church, 328 Remington St, 80524. Following the service there will be a celebration of life at Northside Aztlan Community Center, 112 Willow St, 80524
