Long time local businessman, Harry Burke, 85, died on December 31, 2018 at home. Burke and his wife, Becky owned and operated Perry Upholstery in Fort Collins for more than 52 years prior to retirement in 2016.
Born November 4, 1933 in Rifle, CO to Jim and Ella Mae Burke, he was an Army Veteran and enjoyed all things western including, ranching, rodeoing and roping.
He is survived by his wife, Becky "Pete" of 60 years; daughters, Candy (Brian) O'Hanlon of Longmont and Chris (Jesse) Hobbs of Pueblo; grandchildren, Karlie (John) Tierney of Aurora, Conor O'Hanlon of Longmont and Casey Hobbs of Pueblo; great grandchildren, Julia and Sean Tierney of Aurora, brother, Jerry Burke of Rawlins, WY and sister, Patty Burke of Rawlins, special family friends, Shirley Williams and Dan and Cindy Kerig; and nieces and nephews.
Friends and Family are invited to a celebration of his life scheduled for 2:00-4:00 p.m.,, Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Charco Broiler,1716 E Mulberry St. in Fort Collins.
