Jacob McDade, age 35, of Windsor, CO, passed away October 7, 2015, after a short battle with brain cancer. Born April 17, 1980, in El Paso, Texas, Lived in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Colorado. He was preceded in death by his Great-grandparents, Loa and Opal Frydendall; Grandparents, Joann Frydendall and Virginia and Leroy McDade. He is survived by his wife Melany (Brook) Potter, Daughter Aisys McDade, son Cayden McDade; parents, James and Tracy McDade; Grand Parents, Jerry Frydendall and Jean Walker; siblings, David McDade, Daniel McDade, Bethany (McDade) Whetstone and Timothy McDade; nephews, Ethan McDade, Milo Roberts, Kaliwai Whetstone, Nikoli Whetstone, Declan McDade and nieces; Ashlin Hartsell, Bailee McDade, Braylynn Whetstone, Lyllith McDade, Afina McDade; brother-in-law, Bart Whetstone; sisters-in-law, Cindy (Vasquez) McDade, Josie (Wilson) McDade and many aunts, uncles and cousins, too numerous to mention.
