Isaias L. Garcia, Sr.

Isaias L. Garcia, Sr., 84, of Loveland, died March 30, 2013 at McKee Medical Center, Pathways Hospice Unit. Isaias was born February 24, 1929 in Harlengen, Texas to Mauricio Garcia and Maria Lopez Garcia. Isaias lived in Loveland since 1971. He was a supervisor for C&S/Burlington-Northern Railroad. His hobbies included travelling, fishing, hunting, and camping. Iasias enjoyed most in life the company of his children and grandchildren. Survivors include his two sons, Isaias L. Garcia, Jr. and his wife Martha and Isaac Garcia; two daughters, Becky Peterson and her husband George and Carol Garcia; a stepbrother, Daniel Mendez, 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Preceding Isaias in death are his wife of 58 years, Inez L. Garcia; a son, Joel Garcia; his parents; a daughter-in-law, Sandy, two brothers, and two sisters. The family would especially like to thank his daughter-in-law, Annette Gonzales for her special care she gave to Isaias. A private family service was held.
