Iris L. Gardner, 84 of Ft. Collins died April 15, 2016 at a local nursing home. Iris was born October 12, 1931 to Ernest and Susie Shivley.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Clyde D. Gardner of Ft. Collins; two children. Doyle Gardner (Danette) of Fort Collins and Connie Kaufman (Mark) of Broomfield; four grandchildren, Brandon, Chandy, Dustin and Jayme and nine great grandchildren.
Iris was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Susie Shivley; and brother, Marion Shivley.
Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the joy of her life. She will be missed by many family and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
