Irene Storer, 85, of Fort Collins, died February 12, 2012 at her home. Irene was born May 4, 1926 in Windsor, Colorado to Elmer and Viola Klingenberg. Irene lived the past 33 years in Fort Collins. She was an RN and worked as a nutritionist for assisted living facilities and numerous sororities. She loved to spend time with her family especially her grand and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading and canning. She was a dedicated mother and incredibly selfless. Survivors include her sons, Dennis Haynes of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Bruce Haynes of Shreveport, Louisiana; daughters, Norine Ahlbrandt and Joyce Storer of Fort Collins, Jerene Dunn of Phoenix, Arizona and Lillett Moretini of Yellville, Arkansas, brothers, Robert Klingenberg of Phoenix and Vern Klingenberg of Greeley; sister, Charlotte Hamlet of Fort Morgan; eleven grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
