Helen M. Shramek

Helen M. Shramek, 88, of Fort Collins, died September 11, 2013 at a local nursing home. Helen was born June 18, 1925 in Tupper Lake, New York to Harry J. and Mabel M. Boushie. Helen moved here from Binghamton, New York in 1983. She retired from IBM as an assembler. She enjoyed picnicking in the mountains and loved her grandchildren. Survivors include her sons, Joseph Shramek Charlene of Loveland, Dan Shramek Debra; brother, John Boushie Nancy; sisters, Betty Henehan, Jean Manna Tom; and two grandchildren, Adam Kate Shramek and Kyle Shramek. Preceding Helen in death are her parents; her ex-husband, Joseph Shramek, Sr., who remained a close friend until his passing; Joe, Sr. is survived by his brother, Frank; her brother, Gerald Boushie; sisters, Arlene White, Margie Anderson, and granddaughter, Amber Shramek. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Resthaven Memory Garden Cemetery.
