Glen Avery Nelson, 85, of Fort Collins died peacefully at his home on July 22, 2017.
Glen was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on March 11, 1922 to Clara Mae and George Nelson. He graduated from the University of Michigan as a clerical engineer.

Preceding Glen in death was his loving wife, Jean.
Glen is survived by his children Anne Warbington and her husband Roy of Bellvue; David Nelson of San Diego; Janet Miller and her husband of Ron of Cheyenne, Wyoming; Marcia Tucker of Beulah; John Nelson and his wife Tina of Loveland; his brother-in-law, Henry G. Williams and his wife, Barbara of Cleveland, as well as 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Glen was a good husband, father and friend.
Graveside services and interment will be held on August 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mountain View Cemetery, Pueblo, CO.
