George Cordova

George Vigil Cordova, 56, of Wellington, died June 7, 2009 at Poudre Valley Hospital. Mr. Cordova was born November 12, 1952 in Upland, California to Jose Cordova and Anita Vigil Cordova. George married Bonnie Marie Jasso-Perez Cordova in Montclair, California. Mr. Cordova moved to Wellington eight months ago from Claremont, California. George was an appliance salesman at Sears and a member of River of Life Fellowship Church. Survivors include his wife Bonnie Marie Cordova of Wellington; five children, Daniel, Cynthia, and Nina Cordova, and Matthew Peel all of California, and Connie Lange of Ft. Collins; two brothers, Joe and Johnny Cordova both of California; two sisters, Dulemia Chavez of New Mexico and Sylvia Cordova of California, and eight grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at River of Life Fellowship in Wellington, on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Pastor Rick Carlson will officiate at the service. Those who desire may view Mr. Cordova, Thursday from 12 to 7 p.m., at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
