George L. Burnham, 89, of Fort Collins, passed away September 13, 2019 at a local hospital after a battle with Dementia.
George was born February 13, 1930 in Missouri to Otho Ray and Lena Pearl (Butcher) Burnham.
George married Sandra Crane in 1976. They had six children between them, Steve, Susan, Kathy, Brad, Erin and Mark.
George was Dean of Admissions and Records at CU Denver Campus.
Survivors include his wife, Sandy; his children, Stephen Ray Burnham (Marcia) of Sterling, CO, Susan Ann Benda of Loveland, CO, Kathy Jean Kellogg (Jim), Brad Crane (Patricia Miller) of Oklahoma, Erin Crane (Joe) of Denver, and Mark Burnham of CA. seven grandchildren, Kimberly of Denver, Michael of Sterling, Stephanie of Golden, Matthew of Loveland, Ian (Sarah) of Virginia, Audrey (AJ) of Windsor, Tyler (Kelly) of Parker and seven great grandchildren, Chase of Golden, Cora, Ivy, Owen all of Virginia, Llewyn of Windsor, Sam and Will of Parker.
Preceding George in death are his parents, Otho and Lena.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held.
