Geneva Watkins Maley Baker was born on September 26, 1923 in Camdenton, Missouri. She went home to be with her Lord on September 28, 2009 at age 86. She is survived by her husband of 12 years Ted B. Baker of Fairbanks, Alaska; two daughters, Kathy Illum of Divide, Colorado, and Lynn Gray of Yuba City, California; a stepdaughter-in-law, Julie DeMent of Springfield, Missouri; a stepdaughter, Mary Anna Hunstiger of Waverly, Iowa; and a stepson, Ted E. Baker of Fairbanks, Alaska. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Evan Watkins and Rev. Harold Maley, a daughter, Barbara Tuttle; a granddaughter, Colette Illum; and a stepson, Rev. Jim Maley. She lived most of her life in Northern California, and her later life in Colorado and Alaska. She was very active in her church and was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all. A Memorial Service will be held for Geneva at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel in Fort Collins, Colorado. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
