Gary Alan Theilgaard

Gary Alan Theilgaard, 61, of Loveland, died September 4, 2014. He was born July 10, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois to Harvey and Shirley "Handy" Theilgaard. Gary was an RN on the Neuro Unit at Poudre Valley Hospital. He loved meeting new people and talking to everyone he could to share his interest in worldly history, obscure trivia and a good joke. His favorite place was in and around the mountains of Colorado; where he spent most of his adult life. His passion for the arts and travel was apparent with anyone that knew him. He is survived by his best friend and partner in life Carol Theilgaard; his daughter Sommer Jon Walker of Littleton and son Cody Theilgaard of Kansas City, MO; brother Tom Jann Theilgaard of Loveland; and grandchildren Terell, Aja, and Kaya Walker and Skylar Urban. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, 10 a.m. at King of Glory Lutheran Church, 2919 Wilson Ave, Loveland, CO.
