Gabrielle Lucille Poquette

Gabrielle Lucille Poquette, 32, was born in Loveland, Colorado at McKee Medical Center on March 17th, 1990 and passed on January 24th, 2023. Born to Teresa Bloss and Gary Poquette, she was the only sister to four brothers. Family remembers Gabby in her youth as a social butterfly and a best friend, always willing to do "boy stuff" with the brothers she loved.

She was fond of going camping, playing games, and spending time with her family. Gabby attended Resurrection Christian School, Bill Reed Middle School, and Mountain View High School. She continued her education at Regency Hair College but ultimately found creative fulfillment in furniture restoration projects. While she spent a brief stint living in California, Gabby ultimately called Colorado's front range home.

In her adulthood, Gabby was always known to welcome cats in need of a warm place to stay into her home. She loved to travel, having gone on several mission trips. She valued her faith in Jesus as a foundational part of who she was. Her family and friends grieve a life cut far too short.

Gabby is survived by her father and stepmother, Gary and Shauna Poquette, siblings, Joel (Jenna) Poquette, Stephen (Lauren) Poquette, Joshua (Stephanie) Bloss, Andrew Bloss, step-siblings TJ Ockers, and Olivia Ockers, and grandparents, Bobbie Cogburn and Gerry and Barb Poquette. Gabby was preceded in death by her mother, Teresa Bloss, and grandfather, Jerry Cogburn.

Gabby's Celebration of Life will be Friday, March 17th at 11am at the Mountain View Presbyterian Church Life Center. 2500 N. Garfield Ave. Loveland, CO. Parking on North side of building, follow signs to Life Center. Anyone who knew and loved Gabby is welcome.
