Born December 1, 1939 in Fort Washakie, Wyoming.
Died February 13, 2015 in his home in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Jack was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing,
and spending time with his loved ones. Jack attended Colorado State University and
went on to be part owner of James Stewart and Associates as well as a County Surveyor.
He is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie "BJ" Snyder from Fort Collins, CO; his brother,
Jerry Blake from Timnath, CO; his sister, Sandra Meichsner from Redlands, CA; and his
children, Christy Blake, Tammy Holland, and Nicole Snyder-Freitas; his grandchildren
include, Nicole Schamberger, Shannon Chartrand, Shaun Holland, Faith Snyder-Freitas,
and Hope Snyder-Freitas, along with five great grandchildren.
There will a celebration of Jack's life held in an open house-style, but the date is to be
later determined.
