Frankie Bueno, 48, of Fort Collins, died Aug. 5, 2005, after a short battle with cancer. Frankie was born April 2, 1957, to Jennie and J. Victor Bueno Sr. He graduated from Fort Collins High School and attended the University of Colorado for two years. He was a painter by trade. He was a veteran and served in the Army. He was blessed with four children, Jennie and Frankie Bueno, of Fort Collins, and Adrian and Yvette Robledo, of Glendale, Ariz. He had five grandchildren, Shane, Joseph and John Victor Bueno, of Fort Collins, and Nicholas and Carla Cabiaz, of Glendale, Ariz. His surviving family are Debra Bueno, J. Victor Bueno, Jr., Elaine Bueno, Antonio Bueno and Anita Flores, of Fort Collins. His parents preceded him in death. A Rosary and Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church. Father Douglas Hunt, C.R., will officiate the service. Immediately following the Mass, military honors will be performed by the Fort Collins All Veterans Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to the Frankie Bueno Memorial Fund, in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
