Frances Eilene Leeper passed away peacefully at home on March 8, 2017. Frances was born to Henry Hartung and Mary Hartung (Whitman) on July 25, 1930 in Fort Collins, CO. She was a lifelong resident of the Fort Collins area growing up in a family of sugar beet farmers. She quit school in the ninth grade to help the family of 11 get through hard times. She worked at Fishback Studios and Newberry's Store before marrying Jack Leeper on February 24,1957. She was proud of her heritage and a proud Coloradan. She loved her Broncos and the Rockies.
She was proceeded in death by her parents; one brother, Clarence Hartung; two sisters, Edna Hartung and Dorothy Meyer; her husband, Jack; son, Dennis; daughter, Debbie; grandsons, James and Dustin.
She is survived by three sisters, Alberta, Loretta, Norma; and three brothers, Don, Bob and Mel; and sister-in-law, Jackie. Also, survived by sons, Doug and Danny; and daughter, Diana and grandsons, Joe and Dalton.
