Fisher L. Roberts of Tie Siding, Wyoming, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2026, at the age of 94.
Fisher was born on August 5, 1931, in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1958 and began his career as an accountant. Although he enjoyed his professional work, ranching was his true passion, and he later fulfilled that dream as a full-time rancher. He also spent several years working with the Colorado State Extension Service. He was proud to serve his country in the United States Air Force from 1950-1954. He loved blueberry pancakes, and his prime rib rare!
Fisher is survived by his beloved wife and bride of 73 years, Beverley Roberts; his daughter, Peggy (Robert) Uthmann of Fort Collins, Colorado; his son, Chuck (Kym) Roberts of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandson, Kevin (Jeanie) Uthmann of Wellington, Colorado; his granddaughter, Kristin (JC) Cox of Fort Collins, Colorado; and his great-grandchildren, Kyle Uthmann, Kaden Cox, and Grace Cox.
A Celebration of Life open house will be held on Friday, June 19, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Charco Broiler, 1716 East Mulberry Street, Fort Collins, Colorado. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate Fisher's life.
