Felix Pete Jaquez

We are saddened to announce the passing of Felix "Pete" Jaquez, who left this world on December 25, 2024, in Fort Collins, Colorado. Born on October 03, 1950, Felix lived a full and vibrant life surrounded by his loved ones. He was the beloved son of Tony Jaquez and Bertha "Trujillo" Rodriguez. He is survived by 4 siblings: Anthony Jaquez, Dorothy Ramirez, Theresa Vasquez, Gloria Lombardo and preceded in death: Parents, Grandparents, Siblings and 2 grandchildren.

In 2016, Felix married the love of his life, Charlotte Jaquez, and together shared a beautiful blended family. He leaves behind his devoted wife, 6 children and 3 stepchildren: Valerie Medina, Amos Jacquez (spouse Arlette), Erika Gonzales (spouse Marvin), Juliana Jacquez, Veronica Trujillo (spouse Aaron), Felix "Petey" Jaquez and stepchildren: Scottie Trujillo (spouse Michelle), Aaron Trujillo (spouse Roni), Vinnie Trujillo. He was also a proud grandfather to 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren along with his beloved babies Precious and Bandit.

Felix had a zest for life and traveling, he enjoyed hobbies such as fishing and working on his 1941 Chevy "Special Deluxe" with his son Amos. With a twinkle in his eye and a ready smile, Felix brought humor and joy to all who knew him.

Although our hearts ache at his passing, we take comfort in knowing that Felix's spirit lives on in the memories we shared with him.

On Thursday, January 9th, 2024, at 11am Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Church, 326 N Whitcomb St, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery.

A reception will be held back at Holy Family Church Hall following interment service.
