Evelyn (Evie) Sharon Jones
Left us on January 7, 2020 with her family by her side at Poudre Valley Hospital.
Evie was born January 28, 1946 in Fort Collins to Grady and Esther Honeycutt. She attended school to the 9th grade at Lincoln Junior High.
Evie married Allen Jones on July 11, 1988. Evie was a mother and housewife most of her life.
Her interests included sewing, dancing, country music, and cross word puzzles. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to her children, grandchildren and other family members. Evie had an onary streak about her that everyone who knew her loved.
She is preceded in death by her parents Grady & Esther Honeycutt. One brother and his wife, Gene and Betty Honeycutt. A sister-in-law, Karen Honeycutt, a brother-in-law, Merle Blei, and a son-in-law, Clinton Mason.
She is survived by her husband Allen, three daughters, one stepson and their partners Shiela & Rob, Sheila, Stacie & Dennis, and Curtis & Tiffany. Grandchildren and their partners Jennessa & Jean, Nick & Alainna, Alexah & Joseph, Tommie, Drew & Krystal. Great grandchildren Jaine, Lisa, Madisyn, Lauryn, Morgan, Taylor, Mason, Vivian, AJ, Colton, Bentley and Davidson. Brothers Alan & Joy, and Harry.
She was truly loved and will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 Olive St.,, Fort Collins, CO 80524
Viewing will be from 10:00 am – 11:00 am on Monday, Jan. 13th
Memorial Services will begin at 11:00 am
Burial will be at Highland Cemetery in Wellington
