Esther M. Dumler was born in rural Russell County, Kansas, on October 23, 1925, to Solomon and Lydia Wegele. She was born to be a wife, mother and grandmother, and she fulfilled those roles faithfully, based on her unshakable faith in God. She was mother to Charles, Diane, Douglas, Cynthia and Cathryn, grandmother to Tracy, Jessica, Josh, Abbie, Julie, Micah and Joel, and great-grandmother to Isaac, Mishka, Sasha, Elena and Luke. She was preceded in death by Marvin J. Dumler, her beloved husband of 70 years. Esther passed away peacefully on June 25, 2019.
