Estella Fowler, 89, of Loveland, died March 17, 2009 at McKee Medical Center, Pathways Hospice Unit. Mrs. Fowler was born January 2, 1920 in Leola, South Dakota to Fred A. Rueb and Lizzie Fieock Rueb. Estella married Edward J. Albrecht in South Dakota. He died in a car accident in1969 in Loveland. Ten years later she married Billie Fowler. He preceded Estella in death in 2005. Mrs. Fowler was a homemaker and a member of the Loveland Seventh-day Adventist Church since 1956. She was also the original builder and owner of Sierra Vista Health Care Center with her husband, Edward and sister and borther-in-law, Lorraine and David Binder. Survivors include her four children; Julie Albrecht of Loma Linda, California, Duane Albrecht of Loveland, Patricia Hieb of Loveland, and Nancy Rozales of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Herbert Rueb of Pensecola, Florida, Erwin Rueb of White City, Oregon; three sisters, Lorraine Binder of Loveland, Delphia Kulm of Loveland, and Delila Laune of Loveland, and 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. Also preceding Estella in death are her parents and two brothers, Alvin and Edwin Rueb. A Private Celebration of Life will be held by her family at a later date. Private Interment will be held at Loveland Burial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Worthy Student Fund at Campion Academy in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W.
